Activate Capital is delighted to announce the appointment of Margaret Fleming to its Board of Directors. Margaret has worked as an International Director with real estate advisors JLL Ireland over a 30-year career. In her role in JLL Capital Markets, she has managed investment property transactions and provided strategic and asset management advice.

Margaret holds an MA Geography (UCD), a Dip. Surv. (University of Reading) and is a Fellow of SCSI and RICS. She is a Director of the Iveagh Trust which provides services to homeless people through the Iveagh Hostel and which has 1,400 homes in Dublin.
