The scheme, known as Charlemont Square, will have c. 350,000 sq.ft. of commercial space and in excess of 250 apartments when complete. Amazon has agreed to let c. 170,000 sq.ft. of office space in what will be a transformative and vibrant new quarter to this part of Dublin.
