Financing of Residential Development seminar hosted by The Housing Agency Ireland and Department of Finance Ireland

Excellent seminar this morning “Financing of Residential Development”, organised by The Housing Agency Ireland, on behalf of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage and the Department of Finance Ireland.

The government’s recognition for the role of “International Capital” in underpinning housing delivery was clear from the presence of both the Minister for Housing Darragh O'Brien TD and the Minister for Finance Jack Chambers.

As a conduit for international capital’s financing of house building in Ireland, Activate Capital was delighted to participate in the panel discussion and to share perspectives.
