With cornerstone investment from the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund ("ISIF") and KKR, we have to-date advanced loans of €3 Billion across 75 sites with capacity to deliver over 26,000 homes.
Since inception, our business has evolved to funding all forms of development, including phased Housing, PBSA, PRS, Mixed-use and Office schemes. We have achieved this in partnership with an expanded institutional investor base.
