Horgan’s Quay topping-out ceremony for 302 apartments in Cork city centre

As development lender to Horgan's Quay, Activate Capital attended the topping-out ceremony last Friday of the 302 apartments currently under construction in Cork city centre. It was fantastic to see the development’s continuing progress, as this exceptional mixed-use campus nears completion.

Congratulations to our customers Clarendon Properties and BAM UK & Ireland in their advancement of this outstanding docklands regeneration project, as well as to The Land Development Agency for its ambition in delivering much needed affordable cost-rental accommodation to Cork.

A significant expansion in apartment construction in Ireland is required. To this end, Government recently introduced a number of positive measures, addressing apartment design, regulation and viability.
