The Irish Apartment Development Fund (IADF); a new €500m strategic lending partnership with AIB

In partnership with AIB, we are delighted to have launched a new €500m strategic lending partnership. The Irish Apartment Development Fund (IADF) will provide much needed debt to drive increased production of apartment and student accommodation. Its objectives align closely with the Housing for All plans of Government and importantly brings together additional domestic and international capital for new home delivery.
